At Kavyas Ayurveda, we ensure safe, timely, and hygienic delivery of your wellness products across India.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of successful payment.

Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp and email once your order is confirmed.

2. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 working days

Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to COD orders below ₹499.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order under “My Orders” on our website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the status update.
