1. Shipping Partners: We collaborate with trusted delivery partners such as Bluedart, Aramex, Shiprocket ,FedEx, Delhivery, and First Flight to ensure your products are delivered timely and securely.



2. Free Shipping


Eligibility:


Enjoy free shipping on all orders within India when the cart value is ₹500 or above.


Orders below ₹500 will incur a nominal shipping fee, which may vary depending on whether the delivery location is urban or rural.



Processing Time:


Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.


Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


During peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may take longer.

3. Delivery Restrictions


Delivery Locations:


We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.


Deliveries to remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times.

4. Order Cancellations


By the Customer:


If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately.


Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.


For perishable goods, cancellation is allowed, but the cost of the product will be borne by the customer.



By Kavyas Ayurveda:


We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:


If the product is listed at an incorrect price.


If there are unforeseen issues with the order.



In such cases, customers will be notified and a 100% refund will be provided.



Non-Delivery or Late Delivery:


If there is a non-delivery or late delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, unavailability of recipient), any additional re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

5. Replacement and Refund Policy


At Kavyas Ayurveda, we ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, the following issues may occur:


Damaged during transit.


Manufacturing defect.


Incorrect product delivered.



Conditions for Replacement/Refund:


A replacement or refund request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.


If the package shows visible signs of damage, please refuse delivery and immediately return it to the courier.


Products once accepted cannot be returned unless they meet the conditions outlined above.



Process for Replacement/Refund:


Email us at info@kavyasayurveda.in with your order number and reason for replacement/refund.


Do not send items for return/replacement without prior confirmation from Kavyas Ayurveda.


If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the best alternatives, with the customer's choice being final.


If the product is unavailable and payment has already been made, a 100% refund will be issued.

We aim to deliver products within 2-7 working days using third-party logistics providers.


If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, Kavyas Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel the order.



Delays Beyond Our Control:


Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen factors such as:

Weather conditions.


Strikes or natural disasters.


Other unforeseen circumstances.
